Return Conditions

1) All items are exchangeable, returnable or refundable EXCEPT for innerwear, face mask and towel due to hygiene reasons.

2) All return items must be unworn or unused and in their original condition.

3) We do not offer freight for collect service of parcel return - customers shall bear the cost of return goods and replace items to be ship out.

4) Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

Return Procedure

Please follow the instruction below:

Step 1: Fill out the Return Form here, within 2 weeks of receiving the item(s).

Step 2: We will send you a Return Confirmation, along with courier pick up arrangement upon approval return.

Step 3: We will send you a replacement item upon receiving the faulty item(s). If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have purchased, then a refund credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.

Refund

The returned item(s) will be inspected by our Quality Control, and processed within 5 business days of receipt. Refund credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.
